This podcast is all about resilience, what it is, what that actually means, and how to get it. In this podcast I will be sharing with you some of my own journey as well as interviewing others to discover how they too have found, or are finding resilience. Like weeds, we too need to find ways to be resilient, dig deeper, bloom wherever we find ourselves, and stay "green" with the ever changing landscape we call life.
Let's start talking about community resilience, because, I think it's a thing! But what does the word community mean to you? Let me know!
