In my updates to clients and future clients I have been sending an email out letting them know its a "Negotiable" market. Its not a sellers market for sure, and a lot of that is due to interest rates. And its not a buyers market because prices are still up there at or near their peaks in this area. And sellers arent going for low ball offers.

Since 2020 the market has been a really good one for sellers. The prices are still high but the market is shifting. I thought I would recap the 2020's market to see how we got to this point.

Make todays goal love and forgiveness. The course in miracles says that the salvation of the world depends on you. And the simple goal is love and forgiveness. See your brother as an equal, the child of God like you are.

I will be reading from the Walking With Christ Section. Before what I am reading it talks about what hinders us from walking with Christ and our brother. If I had to summarizes it all its that we are not separate, but we are one. However we think of ourselves as separate and create un true ideas and illusions about why we are seperate.

I am finally getting back to a real estate show to update you on the market. Answer questions. Explain various parts of the real estate buying and seller process. We will mostly talk about Minnesota real estate.

The course in miracles explains how to have a perfect day and it starts by having you make no decisions on your own. This is about monitoring your thoughts, taking a pause, and then asking how you would really like your day to go?

Let me not be your critic Lord and Judge against you is the opening sentence in this daily lesson. Let it be as God created it so I can recognize myself as God created me is another line. Only reality is free of pain, free of lose and holy safe...Let all things be exactly as they are.

One of the main lessons The Course In Miracles is that we are One and not seperate. Now our challenges is because we see ourself separated. Todays lesson is to perceive no differences and that God has one Son.

This topic is not directly from the course in miracles but in directly in many ways. And it church settings and preachers messages I am sure this is asked a lot there. My lesson for the day is "This day I choose to spend in perfect peace"...and I am having a good day but not in perfect peace. But what we put are focus on or "Worship" does seem to determine our peace.

Todays lesson is "Today I will judge nothing that occurs." This is something I am working on. Probably getting better at but not there yet. Now when I thought about some of the challenges that I am seeing - a lot of them would just disappear if we did not make judgements that we really are not in a position to make. We have a lot of misconceptions and wrong judgments of our situations and circumstances.

Sinlessness is when the desire to attack is gone. This section gives a hard look at how are thoughts and attacks hurt us and others. When the will of God is not this, so why would we make this choice to attack and live in this struggle.

In episodes 179 and 180 i read in the course about The Holy Ground We Stand on with our brother. And the Holy Ground was mostly referenced when we were in some sort of disagreement or attack mode with someone else. Talking about it today because we often face this in our life.

Some days seem like a struggle to keep in a positive mindset. Many people really struggle with mental health and emotional health issues. My mindset is far from perfect but the Mind of Christ in the Course of Miracles teaching helps with my mindset.

In the world most people feel attack and defense is what keeps us safe. In God's Truth Innocence is what makes safe. We do some strange things to get to results that dont work. God truth is available to teach us what works.

I was listening to episode #160 about doing a real estate open house up north and having time to listen to several podcast on the Course in Miracles and I thought it is a good time to talk about "Learning Periods".

I was relistening to some of the recordings this past weekend and they were an instant boost to my mindset. This 200 show is a reminder to go back and listen to the shows again. A couple of my favorites were on the Holy Instant and Littleness vs Magnitude.

"God builds the bridge, but only in the space left clean and vacant by the miracle." Thats from the text and then the question is have I left space clean and vacant for this to happen.

The course in Miracles asks very little of anyone following it. It asks to give up illusions and see others as sinless. It asks that our function is forgiveness, so is this little to ask?
