Boundless Exposure the Podcast delves deep into the thoughts, experiences, and perspectives of a young, black girl from New York on her journey through life. I started this podcast, mainly as a way to clear my head and release thoughts and opinions that might otherwise cause anxieties. As a result, much of what I say may not be your cup of tea…or maybe you could sip this tea everyday. Either way, let me be.
Today, I wanted to talk about identity, specifically its role in society and the cap it puts on human beings. I've never felt that I've had a fixed identity, yet I still maneuvered through life within the boxes others have placed me in. I have finally learned the dangers of living in that box and accepting the identities others place upon me. I have no fixed identity and neither do you!
This episode delves into thought. What is thought, how do we use it, and how should we use it? Today, thought is on my mind and let me tell you, I have a problem with it!
In this episode, I discuss the idea of happiness as a goal (i.e. the pursuit of happiness). What does happiness look like and why should it be avoided as a life goal? These questions and more are answered as I explore my own struggles with happiness and realize it is just an emotion like any other.
Hello! And welcome to Boundless Exposure. In this Intro, I will be explaining my purpose for creating this podcast, what I hope my listeners get out of it, and Who I Am. STAY TUNED.
Bonus: Wait till the end for my first-ever time debuting one of my poems.
