Black & Blooming

Black & Blooming

Black & Blooming is a safe space where Black women are encouraged to live life and not just survive it. The host, Dahlia J, was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to the West Coast at the age of 15. She uses values she grew up on and newer ones that she's adapted to provide tips on wellness, self-love, mental health and anything related to helping Black women live their lives to the fullest!
