Life is a journey, not a destination. This is where we go to get the tools we need in order to help us along that journey. Whatever happens, I'm ok with that. It's finally me

What is it that we gravitate to in order to cope? What does restraint look like in our daily life? How does discipline factor into our finances or our weight?
We’re talking about about it all on It’s Finally Me.

For the first few weeks of our new series, we're going to be exploring the topic of faith and the impact it has on our lives.
This episode is the story behind the 100-Day challenge and the catalyst for my change.
We can make more effective intuitive decisions when we focus on our intuition. Our intuition is made up of what we know and the experiences we have. So we do three things:
We gain more knowledge and understanding; either in general or specific to the things we do every day or the jobs we have
We listen to our bodies and the wealth of information it gives us; and we
Create better pathways of thinking in our brain by ...
The goal of the 100-day challenge is to develop a new lifestyle by starting or dropping a habit that does or does not benefit your future you. We are focusing on three areas of our lives: our faith, ourselves, and our relationships. I did the challenge last year, with a focus on my mental health. Reading books, listening to podcasts, going for walks, becoming more physically active, all of that started with a commitment to myself...
Remember the three ways to directing your emotions
Be open and honest about how you feel
Take responsibility
Choose how to respond
