2023 is the year of Unabashed Hype Women. The term – coined by Ella's CEO + Founder Erin Gallagher in her viral post that turned a moment (Jamie Lee Curtis hyping Michelle Yeoh's Golden Globes Best Actress win) into a Movement – has mobilized us all. It's more than a meme. It's more than a shirt. It's a seismic shift in the way women view one another. Now, "Hype Women" is a podcast that celebrates women changing culture. We explore their metamorphosis as disruptors of systems and designers of a world that is more equitable for all. Through revolutions and evolutions, from moments to movements, these women drive impact. Hype Women are unabashed in our support of one another, because we understand our collective power. Individually, we can make a breeze. But, together, we create a *her*icane. These are our stories. We are Hype Women.
