Matt and Jayce are two ex-college radio guys who became ex-professional radio guys who are now professionally guys in other professions. Their love of music and the ‘Big Idea’ of how to get radio RIGHT fuels this podcast. They dive deep into song lyrics, genres, different radio formats, and climb all over the minutiae of music! They even googled ‘minutiae’ to make sure they used it correctly. Tune in to hear rants about the music/radio industry, be a fly on the wall for interviews with special guests to discuss college radio and the music that inspired them, laugh along with some ridiculous music games and debates, and just have a lot of long-form fun, because there is NO Program Director to tell them they are doing it wrong! If you are a FAN of music, you will find yourself laughing along, shouting at the speakers, and having a good time!
