You can make it, you can survive ‘’after the pain’’. All you need is the will & the strength to save yourself. Stop relying on dead relationships & unhealthy coping skills to bring comfort into your life. I used to be lost & confused. I couldn't connect or socialize with people without feeling paranoid. The flashbacks of being abused & or sexually assaulted are not easy to cope with. It left a huge hole in my heart that could only be healed by a shot of tequila or whiskey. I was acting out and my reckless behavior almost took my life & my child. I encourage, I Inspire young women to change the direction of their path for the sake of their future. I believe that you can make it after the pain. I am the ear & the support system for women who struggle with forgiving and moving forward from their past.

Always remain true to yourself and what you really want. Identify who you really are and accept it. Tell the truth. You can't walk around telling lies to others if you're trying to remove negative thoughts and things from your life. It is your responsibility to fix you. Don't look for someone else to fix it for you.
