Los Angeles - 1991, the town is ruled by gangs. A young man from Compton wants to produce his label and discredit Dr Dre. A drug baron in prison wants to legalize his business. Their encounter will change the face of hip-hop and from it will arise the most notorious rap label in history: Death Row.

Los Angeles - 1982, the young Ricky finds in tennis a way to get out of the ghetto and starts dealing drugs to finance his training. But 15 years later he forgot his dreams of Wimbledon to become one of the biggest Cocaine distributors in the United States. While in jail, he discovers that the CIA used him to finance anti-communists troops in South America and that a young successful rapper « stole » his name.
Harlem, NY - 1984. Imagine a world without social media. No Facebook, Instagram or Youtube. A world were influencers do not come from the screens but from the streets. A world where trends and styles are built far away from the the 5th Avenue. Well, this world existed, in the 80’s Harlem, where a young hustler emerged from the concrete to create esthetics that would define the style of Rap for the next decades.
Washington - 1991. A young drug trafficker confesses to the murder of 14 people. Among them, his best friend and partner in crime. For him it was just business, nothing more. Once seen as the Prince of Harlem, his name is now the symbol of ultimate betrayal.
