I am restarting the podcast finally. I think over a year is long enough for a layoff. As usual this podcast is unscripted so I am mostly rambling on again.

I ran a couple of short trail races in the last few months and I just got back from Disney World where I ran the Wine & Dine 5K.

A little training update and that is about it for this episode. Hopefully I can keep this going for awhile.

Then I head out to Stone Mountain to get in a six mile run on Sunday.

This week I cut way back on my training, I went from about 80 miles on the bike to 12. and I also ran about 12 for the week. I guess that is called a res...
