Maybe the definition of what it actually means to be a great leader is to in essence be the first follower. Rather than becoming experts on leadership, what if we had the integrity and humility to admit that we are novices at following both the ways and the person of Jesus. He's calling us to follow Him - again!

Changing the world in the Jesus kind of way is the only change that can actually change anything. This will cause us to step back and ask ourselves - are we really any different in our value system than our neighbor? If the answer is no, then are we really being transformed by Jesus in our daily lives? Or is the result of moral standing? We're being invited into changing our lives into the real Jesus kind of way!
We need a Christological viewpoint on the realm of darkness. So that we don't have an incorrect view on the satan or the realm of darkness. The realm of darkness was completely disempowered by Jesus and now we need to engage in the process of understanding why the realm of darkness has been able to continue to have any influence after being fully defeated.

Now that we are having some of our preconceived ideas challenged and admitting that some of our preconceptions have become misconceptions, how do we reconceptualize what we mean when we talk about the kingdom of God? We must admit that Jesus's message was in fact the kingdom of God. He showed up and announced the end of every other kingdom and the beginning of the true Kingdom of God!

Often times the Father is doing exactly what it is we've asked Him to do. However, not at all in the way we expected Him to do it and certainly not within the time frame we expected Him to do it. But faith does not require things to happen at a certain time nor does it require things to happen in a certain way - faith believes He's watching over His word to perform it.

The initial aim is His eye and your neighbor. The ultimate aim is theosis, your illumination and the kingdoms of this world becoming the kingdoms of our God and of His Christ. In this, we're seeing an ultimate self portrait and an ultimate cosmic portrait through both lenses - immediate and ultimate!

We must not settle for being a better version of who we are. But we must understand that we now have a share in god like, distinctive, native peculiarities. How does this happen? It already has. Why has it then not happened? We must believe in our minds what our spirit already knows. This is how we get to true Christ likeness.

We are faithfully celebrating the already while knowing there is still a "Not Yet" to come. Do we believe we're going to somewhere that eye has not seen and ear has not heard? Yes - but we don't need that to happen in order to be thankful. We fully love and rejoice our "Already" while believing that the "Not Yet" is promised and will come to pass!
