Awaken and Align is a podcast hosted by Laura Chung that features healers, artists, mystics, astrologers, and activists who are here for collective liberation. Our intention is to share stories that center people of the global majority and spiritual wisdom to incite change. Laura Chung is a Reiki master, astrologer, and author of How To Manifest published by Union Square & Co. She has her Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She is an activist who uses her various media platforms to share spiritual wisdom and decolonial education toward collective healing and liberation. As a multi-disciplinary healer, Laura helps people to transcend their past and transform their current situations; breaking generational cycles and harmful patterns. Her intention is to help people manifest the life of their dreams.
