These are the things that you can do within the first hour of your day that will make you more successful. As I stated, I don’t do all of these things just yet, and these might only be appropriate for the “get it done” days of your life, not on restful Saturdays. You might need to set up a second routine rather than just having one routine and feeling bad about it on weekends or days off.
