Those of us who've experienced depression , anxiety , PTSD , or any other mental setback knows what it feels like in those exact moments. Those moment when you feel #TrappedInTime. Not knowing what to expect next to the point you begin to question your own existence. Maybe some of you never been that deep but feel yourself slipping slowly. Look its ok. Its apart of life and unfortunately a lot of us out here have no idea how to get help. Well I have suggestions for you. From my personal experience of being in my pit of hell to overcoming adversities and completely demanding control of my life. I never thought it was possible to be so happy. All I had to do was... Well just do it ! Like Nike ! What the **** does that mean ? Thats why Im here to explain what it is. What it was for me was alcohol and women. It could be sex for you. Or smoking , maybe a relationship. Whatever IT is we will work through it. Now before even listening to me , don't think there is a magic pill out there that will cure you of whatever it is. Im going to help you learn to develop a better way of loving that through love you will heal. So I hope you enjoy this Podcast station. I am new at this but have the tools to empower those who feel powerless , so lets get it ! Lawrence Trapp
