True life stores straight from my own personal experiences. Take the journey with me as I share stories that range from divorce, marriage, depression, loss of a child, anxiety, fatherhood and everything in-between. Sometimes funny, sometimes sad but certainly always relate-able. Sometimes we face moments that require us to just breathe to get through whatever is in front of us.
