This weeks episode is full of celebrations, milestones, speedsters and that’s just the intro! We have news from the Tame Volunteer, Sarah drops into Palmeston and Ruth Perkins Boogie-woogies over at Malmö Ribersborg parkrun. You’re going to want to listen in to this one!

Toc is in the swivel chair this week, after setting a new record at Panboola Wetlands parkrun. Mel stayed local with all the layers at Toolern Creek. We bring you lots of news from The Netherlands Special Day and the NT, which includes roving reports from Katherine Hot Springs, Gungahlin and Burrum Heads Beach parkruns. There’s lots more – but you’ll just have to listen to find out.

In this episode we discover what Mel lost at Reynella East parkrun and hear Simons reflections on Hidden Vale. There’s Ascension Day chatter and a report from Puolarmaari in Finland. Plus lots of mail in the inbox.

Sarah and Simon team up for another week to bring you the latest in the parkrun world. There are roving reports from Lyndell at Highfields, Ruth at Pont y Bala and Heather from Taree parkrun. There’s mention of a rodeo, lots of launches, endemic species and let’s not forget a tongue twister or few.

With FOMO from last week, Simon joins Mel on Level Two with a View. Mel celebrates at Peppertree while Simon revisits Fodder Forest parkrun. We have roving reports from Lyme Park and Potternewton parkruns’ in the Uk for two special 250 celebrations. Meanwhile Reginald has their Eurovision pants on.

Special guest host Danny Norman from With Me Now pod joins Mel this week on Level Two with a View. Danny adventured to Stuntney Estate parkrun while Mel revisited Berwick Springs. Across the ditch Alison was joining the nuptials at Hagley, while Reginald has begun a new ‘round the world’ trip. Join us for loads of laughs, and marvel at our efforts in pronunciation. We did our best and our best is good enough.

Toc and Mel have returned from New Zealand to enjoy running back on home soil. But not before they caught up again at Pyramid Hill Golf Trail parkrun. Amongst the news from around the globe were roving reports from Calum at Market Bosworth Country, Ingrid at Australian Standing Stones and PK pops in from Port Broughton parkrun. And that’s not the half of it!

Simon and Sarah are both back with a belly full of Easter eggs. They discuss the many records broken this week across Australia and Budgie makes an appearance back down under. There are roving reports from Warrandyte River Reserve and Shrewsbury parkrun. Let’s not forget, a snippet from the founder of this event that brings us together each week.

Mel & Toc took the show on the road to Queenstown in New Zealand for the 8th palm, and the first outside Australia. We spoke to our two international attendees - Johan Duvenhage from Sud Afrique and Ali Sheppard from the UK. Lyndell and Tracey ran the quizz, and we enjoyed our usual Q & A with the live audience ... some of which you will get to hear.

In our last episode before palm25 we hear from Toc about his new event at Eildon Pondage while Mel was adventuring on the road to Drage Reserve. Mel got ranty about stuff. Invy is the new Voldemort. And we have roving reports from Surat Memorial Park and Letsatsi Lodge. Plus all the usuals as we bid farewell to updates on Birtinya Island.

Sarah is back in the comfy chair, talking with Simon about the last seven weeks, cyclones and a few records. We have a roving report from Penrith parkrun (not the one in Western Sydney). There were two exciting launches, with at least one going straight to the top of the bucket list. Tune in to see which two unlikely Adventurers also cross paths.

Guess who’s back on Quandamooka country? It’s Simon! And he’s joining Mel to  steer the ship and track the plane. Speaking of planes, Budgie hit his mark at Black Rocks parkrun and has another mission plus Alison investigates South End Reserve in NZ. That’ll do for another week.

Toc returns to the host chair to an inbox overflowing. Mel loves the emails that mention her Magpies and discussions continue about Number Checkers. We hear from Calum at Holyrood, PK joins from the new Drage Reserve and Lyndell the Legendary celebrates at Golden Beach parkrun. Did you Tu-Tu up last week? Dazzas was full of colour, just the way we like it!

All the fun was on the Bellarine this week with Mel partying at Portarlington, and TOC travelling down via Emerald Lake parkrun. Coincidentally, we have a roving report from Emerald Lake as well as one from St. Albans in the UK and Neckarufer in Germany. Plus - all the usual banter. There’s even an announcement at the end. The clue is in the title. I’m not saying it’s a good clue…

We found him!! No, not Simon – although he’s here with Mel this week after gatecrashing Sirromet’s party. Fresh from a Vergara visit, Mel has challenges on the brain trying to keep Reginald engaged, so he doesn’t run away like the previous unpaid staff. The roving reporters are busy, reporting in from Gordon Carmichael Reserve, Beeeevahhh (Belvoir) Castle and Tamborine Mountain. Oh yeah … and we found Budgie.

We’re feeling patriotic this week! Mel revisits Sale parkrun and TOC adventures north to grab a new event at Huskisson. We have NZ stats, Royal news from the UK, plus roving reports from Beverley Westwood, Hanmer Forest and Birtinya Island parkruns.
