Mike Finazzo is an indie filmmaker who recently wrote and directed a feature film called "Bored in the USA" which he made for just $5000. The film follows the friendship of a bored housewife named Kelly and her British friend Chris, who is moving back to London. It's a character-driven film shot in black and white and it deals with what is, and what could've been. "Bored in the USA" is available now on Amazon Prime.
Rob Smat is an indie filmmaker and USC film school grad who recently completed his first feature film "The Last Whistle". It's about a high school football coach who pushes his team to win even after an all-star player dies during practice of cardiac arrest. It's won several awards at film festivals including Best Actress and Best Feature film. It's set to release in select theaters and On Demand on June 28th.
