Welcome to the 1611 Defence podcast. Our purpose is to bring glory to Jesus Christ by having audio and video resources to help Christians better understand from where their bible came and help bible-believers defend God's words - the Authorized (King James) Version of 1611.

The usage of italicised words in the Authorized (King James) Version of 1611 is reviewed by Pastor Andrew Sluder in light of linguistics and usage rules. Specific examples are given as to why new, false bible versions are hypocritical in their usage of italics. Double inspiration (or multiple inspiration) as a biblical doctrine is reinforced by how God used italics in the Authorized Version of 1611.
