Trauma Redefined

Trauma Redefined

This podcast is dedicated to identifying all forms of trauma while processing the pain it has caused and realizing that we are not alone in our journeys. We do not have to be victims anymore. So many of us have experienced Trauma and either have not realized it or are afraid to voice it, which was what happened to your hosts, Kathleen and Joe. Together we can talk about it, open up to the truth and redefine our own trauma to allow ourselves to have a future that we deserve. Free of guilt and shame from a past that we had no control over. We will no longer be victims of a past that we can walk away from.
