Die alphabetische Themenliste geht von der Abfindung bis zur Zwangsversteigerung, das Spektrum reicht von Chancen und Risiken der Geldanlage bis zur Hilfe bei Überschuldung, von der Babynahrung bis zum Seniorenhandy. Produkttests spielen eine große Rolle, jeden Montag gibt es Testergebnisse der Stiftung Warentests. Die Autoren fragen neutrale Experten etwa von Verbraucherzentralen oder vom TÜV, aber auch Anbieter, Verkäufer und nicht zuletzt Verbraucher, die über ihre eigenen Erfahrungen in der Welt des Konsums berichten - mittags gegen 11.55 Uhr in der Sendung "Umwelt und Verbraucher".
