Sheri Todd is not a therapist or a psychiatrist. She is a survivor of child sexual and physical abuse And like most survivors, she grew up with a unique and sometimes quirky view of life. And for the last five years, Sheri has been the sole caregiver of her beloved mom who recently passed away from Alzheimer's. So now a new journey has begun. Sherapy is about stories and experiences that are inspiring, motivational, compassionate, and fun. Sherapy is about new beginnings. “No matter how hard the past is, you can always begin again.” Buddha.
