Hosted by naturopath and author Katherine Maslen, each Season features 24 of the world's leaders in health and takes you on a journey over 16 episodes. Season One is all about Gut Health, and Season Two focuses on Women’s Health. In The Shift we present the latest science combined with the insights of clinicians with decades of clinical experience in helping people make the shift. Katherine will take you on a journey of self-discovery where you’ll gain the tools that you need to shift your health, and your life. In each season of The Shift we have 3 wonderful blocks of content for you to consume. The main series is produced documentary style and features Katherine's narration to help you get key concepts and understand what to do next. The Expert Series is the edited down version of each of our expert interviews, with a summary from Katherine at the end and actions steps you can take. The Patient Series follows the health and healing journeys of 4 patients that have made their shift, so you can see how you can make yours too. Your healing journey is up to you, it’s about getting the right information, getting the right insights, so that you can make that shift.
