A pod of two halves for you. In Part 1, we get a readout from Dave & Iwan about Newport County's loss to Cheltenham on Saturday. And then in Part 2 it's over to Ian (with a cameo from Jack) to describe in rich and glorious detail a battling point from Rotherham last Tuesday night. Both games saw County having to adapt after conceding early goals - a clear priority to address on Friday against an in-form Chesterfield.
To take the temperature of the wider Newport County fanbase, we assembled a crack panel of Exiles old and new to help us discuss the York game and evaluate how the season is looking after eleven league games. We welcome back old friends Taff (from the Amber Army), Wise Dan, and a new(port) fan Ben to make his pod debut. Plenty to explore, and good to broaden the discussion out beyond the usual regulars.
