"Mr. Machen's Grog"

Dark Rum

5 oz. Ginger Beer

2 tsp. lime juice

2 tsp. blood orange juice


Combine ginger beer and juices in highball glass with ice.

Pour rum over a spoon to float on top of ginger beer

Garnish with wheel of blood orange.
