Are you really making decisions for you and your well being? How many times have you said "yes" when you really wanted to say "no"? Often times we  make decisions based upon the projection of who we want to be or outcome we want from others instead of what's true to us. Thats the baseline of self betrayal and hurt feelings.

Welcome to Season 2!!! This piece embodies what this entire season is about: Self Love. If we don't truly love ourselves, there's no way we can give real love to others. Everything starts from within, and this season we will explore that. 

O.M.G.!!! This episode... I know I've said before that an episode has been "tew much" or that its been a lot. But this one here... It's ALOT.ORG you hear me??? Man, It's the longest solo episode thus far, and definitely THEE most vulnerable. The fact that it made the upload is... MAJOR. You guys really asked me some tough questions, but I thank you for it. Self discovery is a mofo...

There are times when what we want and what we need don't coincide... Whew, that can be hard. All in all, we must make the decisions we know we SHOULD make versus the ones we'd LIKE to make. Especially if we're gifted with foresight to know ahead of time before causing unnecessary damage. 

The mirror can only show what it sees... Do you like the reflection staring back at you? This episode dives into meeting "your match". The person who shows you who you are, makes you self-check and really asks you to be honest with yourself. It's not always pretty. Most often it's hard, sometimes ugly, painful at times, a joy, and rewarding all at the same time.  

In the last installment of "The Gene Series", my emotions come full circle. This episode explores acceptance, falling for potential, and being present.  

Diving deep into one's own insecurities, wounds, traumas, and triggers are important and vital for growth. Whether you tackle this while maintaining relationships, or if you choose to face them alone, facing them is the number one priority. We all have different journey's and means to navigating them. This piece revealed some hindsight issues and solidified growth from them as well. 

On this episode I really TAKE IT THERE!!! The infatuation phase is one not to be played with. Lol. It's also not the best decision making phase either. Listen as I reminisce, question, and appreciate this  moment in time. Oh, and I'm also backsliding and pussyfooting too. LOL.

Chile... This episode here... Lol. It's definitely turning the page! From discussing if men are ACTUALLY doing the work necessary to evolve and transmute, to letting they asses know that the most "expensive" pussy is free pussy. LOL Yes, I GO THERE!!! 

Have you ever ignored your intuition? Stayed in something far longer than you knew you should? Made decisions to "avoid" embarrassment or temporary discomfort? We all have at some point or another. In this episode, Tiffani discusses why it's imperative to not allow fear to take over.

In this episode the theme of not falling into self-betrayal is discussed. Knowing what you want and deserve, and only accepting that or walking away is expressed in this piece. "Respect is better than access" is the prominent theme here, and though walking away may be a difficult choice, it's needed if there is ever to be a possibility of connecting again in the future.

Chile... This poem went IN!!! This is the first poem in the "Gene Series", and baaaabbbyyyyy somebody had ya girl f'd up. Lol. This piece explores many themes including: emotional unavailability, wanting a relationship vibe without the title or responsibility, the facade of having your shit together, etc. Whew!!! This definitely started the party off right.
