Hello everyone my name is Krystine. I want to invite you on my journey with God and His Holy Spirit. I use to be a toxic person in this world. I came from abuse, unhealthly relationships and addition. At the end of it all the only one who could heal me was God. When I finally surrendered to His Love and guidence, He changed my life forever. This is an addition to the last episode. In this episode I discuss the mental processing of trauma that puts us in a survival mode. I discuss personal events and how they created a mental survival mode that affected my behaviors, emotions, body and thoughts.
As children we learn behaviors that help us cope or survive through family dysfunction and trauma. I am sharing a personal experience how God has helped me see how being a people pleaser is unhealthy and how it affects my life. The only way out of Hell is through it.
