Week one:  We made it....but only just!

Week three:  We discover the massively overpriced "British section" in our local supermarket.  Enjoy a very generous, but slightly bizarre gesture of hospitality and tell the tale of the pets jetting in!

Week four:  AGHHHHHHH!!  Feeling 17 again, for ALL the wrong reasons......

Week five:  Double success at adulting, starting to feel like we're getting there. Plus, shoe shopping...for the dog.

Week six:  It's so hot, I feel like a Sunday Roast.  Not eating one, I feel like I am one. And life and housework goes on, but it's fun to find the joy in the mundane.

Week seven:  The misters arrive, showing that summer is here. The dreaded spectre of homesickness also pays a visit.

Week eight:  We drive south on a birthday roadtrip and sample local delicacies, gawp at local flora and enjoy a dive in movie.

Week nine:  Our furniture finally arrives after its epic journey and we move into our new house...where horror awaits!

Week ten:  Dave invests in a scorpion hunting kit whilst I use the power of podcasts to banish the beasties

Week twelve:  The first monsoon of the season rolls into town and we discover the cacti are spying on us...

Week thirteen:  La La Land.  We nip up the road to Hollywood

Week fourteen:  It's already back to school. despite being early August and I learn that unless you really need to, just don't get out of the car.

Week fifteen:  We head to Payson, often called the Heart Of Arizona and discover an unique shop - that's for sale!

Week sixteen:  A devastating week for our family when we get a cruel reminder that with adventure, comes risk.

Week seventeen:  The dog finds us our first live snake! We ride back in time on our first desert trek and learn the legend of lost gold!

Week eighteen:  I finally pass my driving test...28 years after taking my first one! Life throws us a curve ball and I need to leave the USA.

Week nineteen: I head to Australia to wait and see how sick my mum is.  Its the second time in my life I hadn't planned to go to Perth, but ended up there....
