Victor White III was walking home with a friend from a nearby gas station when a police officer stops the two men, accusing them for being involved in a fight at the gas station they were leaving. Victor White III is taken into to custody but never made it out of the police car because according to the police, he somehow shot himself in the chest while being handcuffed from behind.
Vanessa Guillen was a 20 year old who was in the army, based on Fort Hood in Texas. She went missing on April 22, 2020 and her remains were found on June 30th. She was killed by a fellow solider and there a few theories as to why he did this, one being that he was sexually harassing her and she was going to report him.

Kalief Browder was 16 years old when he was arrested for allegedly stealing a book sack with an ipod, cash, and camera in it. He was shipped off to Rikers Island to await trial for three years. He spent over 2 of those years in solitary confinement being beaten, starved, and tortured for something he did not do.
Danroy "DJ" Henry was a 20 year old football player, attending Pace University. On the early morning of October 17, 2010, DJ was shot dead by a Pleasantville Police officer and triggered a seven-year journey of DJ's family searching for the truth of their son's death.

Kendrick Johnson's body was found wrapped up in a wrestling mat in his school's gym. The case was "solved and closed" within 24 hours of investigation and ruled as a freak accident. But later one we find a bunch of evidence pointing towards a homicide.
