This week, we're taking a short break from Avatar to talk about one of our favorite recent anime! Including a mostly spoiler-free first 10 minutes if you want to go and watch Akudama before listening further.

Get ready for some nightmare fuel. "Oh, because Aang has a lot of nightmares?" No, because Tom & Bee continue to find bizarre and upsetting things to fixate on when they're supposed to be dissecting a cartoon for kids. 

Prepare for the scariest story you've ever heard... Tom complaining about the outdoors!!

No but really we get into some good stuff this time. Like how bloodbending is way too scary and awesome for Nickelodeon to have allowed! And other points. 

This week, Tom & Bee get into a fierce debate about the ethics of stealing— nah just kidding, this particular theft is 100% morally justified. Kind of. Well either way it's entertaining, and in the end I think we all know that's all that matters.

Bee has a sore throat this week, so apologies to listeners that wanted to hear her make fun of Tom more often.

Our long awaited return to Avatar content! This episode was packed with so much good stuff, we barely had time to talk about it all. Including:

The final (actually final) episode of our Golden Wind coverage. It's almost like we've been stuck in some kind of fated time loop without an end, or something!
