Gailya Woodyard graduated from the University of Tennessee w a BS in Physical Education, Health, and Nutrition as well as a minor in Mathematic Education. That Same summer, she got married. Shortly after graduation Gailya became a Middle school math teacher and a certified fitness instructor thru The American Fitness and Athletic Association. She continued to teach middle school math and fitness classes in local gyms until 1992. Her Wellness career took off after having 4 children and wanting to leave the School Teaching environment in order to be more actively involved in family life. Soon Gailya became a Certified Naturopathic Wellness Coach and Nutrametrix Consultant implementing a wellness program in Health Professional offices. Currently, she teaches fitness classes at several locations in the SouthHills of Pittsburgh and manages a wellness business YOUR TOTAL BODY HEALTH.
