You cannot use a USB mic...You must have agents... You cannot make 6 figures with your accent... SAY IT AIN'T SO!! Things I was told and things some assume can add up to bogging you down. Don't believe everything you hear or see and work it out for your self with someone you trust. All of this is leading up to OVC in August and my session covering accepting yourself as you. YOU can do most anything!
YOU have to study. YOU have to learn. YOU should know your rates and know YOUR WORTH as a voice actor when quoting broadcast work. It is COMPLICATED and I even use the GVAA daily. It is ALWAYS up on my screen because I also get confused and yes... sometimes have to ask for help! Do'nt leave a pile of cash on the table... you don't have to memorize it all but you need to know how to INTERPRET those rates!
