The best way to avoid becoming angry is to remove that which makes you angry. In other words, I can't watch The Rings of Power because it sucks. I can't get behind any political figure because they are garbage.

We discuss highlights from Snow's adventure at Defcon 2022. It is basically him and 30,000 nerds battling for top nerd. WHO WINS?! Listen to find out. Back to politics... SB 107 is a California bill that would make the state a sanctuary state for gender affirming treatment. While we have to qualms concerning gender affirming treatment, we believe it is in the best interest of the child that both parents should agree.
