¿Cuántas veces has tratado de organizarse pero la planificación que creas no es lo suficientemente buena y terminas dejando todo a un lado? Como emprendedoras muchas veces ponemos sobre nuestros hombros más carga de la que realmente podemos soportar. Somos mamás, esposas, amas de casa, empresarias y encima de eso queremos comernos al mundo de un solo bocado. Que levante la mano la mujer que se sienta identificada con lo que acabo de decir. A mi me gusta definirlo con una frase: Tener un plan. Y no se trata de que todo este calendarizado a la perfección y que sepas que vas a hacer cada minuto de tu dia. Se trata de saber por dónde empezar y ser conscientes de que para avanzar necesitamos balance. No podemos enfocarnos simplemente en el trabajo y olvidar que somos humanos y que ser productivo no tiene nada que ver con usar más horas para hacer más, tiene que ver con hacer lo necesario, bien hecho y en el tiempo correspondiente. Deje la maricada y organícese es un espacio donde mujeres emprendedoras nos cuentan el detrás de escenas de sus vidas desde que tomaron la decisión de construir un futuro a su medida y todo lo que ha sido necesario para llegar a ser quien son hoy.
