Sometimes an off week offers up nothing in terms of content for us. Worse than that is an off week ahead of another off week meaning we don't even have a race to preview.
Well, luckily for us, Red Bull dropped some news this week that gave us plenty to talk about.
We also decided to review the F1 movie given that it's been out for a while now so hopefully not spoiling things for folk.

1 - We got to speak to Antonia Rankin again! She is a great guest and it's been amazing to see the trajectory of her career over the last 2 years since she first came on.

After last week's off week we were back to watching cars on track and it was a sprint week to boot as F1 rocked up in Miami.
Could Oscar Piastri make it three wins in a row? Would Lando seize back the initiative? Could Max make a run at a Miami win or would the challenge come from elsewhere? Who would win the sprint and could a team become the first team to win both the sprint & the main race?

There came an end to a trilogy of races.
After last week's race in Bahrain, could Oscar Piastri out pressure on Lando & Max in the WDC standings or would they strike back? Perhaps someone else would throw their hat into the ring for a win? Maybe George would leave witness protection and go for the win?

After a race that was not a thriller in Japan, we were hoping for something a little better this week and we were not disappointed!
While the lead may not have been contested much there were a whole host of battles behind and a heap of gremlins or aliens creeping into the technology within both the cars and the broadcasting.
It was enough to drive us mad especially when the timing board went AWOL!

While Suzuka is one of our fav tracks on the calendar it's fair to say we were both left very very disappointed by this race.

After the wet opener in Australia last week, F1 was back on track this week in China.
It gave us our first sprint weekend of the season and had a faire few talking points even if not all of them were about the on track action.

After what feels like a million years away, cars were back on track for a race as the F1 2025 season burst into life at the opener in Melbourne, Australia.
We were keen to see if pre-season promise across the paddock would translate into race pace and also how the rookies would get on.
Mother Nature decided to pop in as well via the sprinkling of plenty of rain over the track on race day.
