Working Blind

Working Blind

Working blind shares the stories of blind people, their journey to a career and the successes and challenges they have experienced throughout their lives. I'm Connor Scott-Gardner, a disability rights advocate passionate about accessibility and inclusion. I know that blind people have one of the highest rates of unemployment of all disability groups, and I set out to change that. By connecting with blind people who are in work and sharing their stories I want to offer encouragement to younger blind people, or those who have recently lost their vision. But I also want to show recruiters and business owners that blind people are highly skilled individuals, dedicated to their careers, and they can support you in achieving your business goals. Listen to our stories, and give us a chance.
