QuadPodcast is hosted by Bob Ness, a C-6 quadriplegic. The podcast is designed to inform, educate and entertain. Listen and learn about people with spinal cord injuries: We’re independent people who lead interesting lives. We’re all walks of life, nice people, jerks, funny, dull, partiers, teetotalers, doctors, lawyers, actors, musicians, etc. everything that makes people humans. Getting up in the morning is tough as a quad, and finding the right fit with a caregiver is so important to our mental and physical well-being. Those hours spent in the morning are imperative for a good quality of life as a quadriplegic.
