The Rabbi takes us through the 5-step process of 1) Confession: fully owning what you did, without judgment. 2) Starting to change: figuring out why you did it and what you need to do about it. 3) Amends: asking the person you harmed what you can do to make it right. 4) Apology: truly understanding how hurt the other person is. 5) Making different choices moving forward.
