It's something California's Governor Gavin Newsom put in his new budget.
It hasn't provoked any outrage, but it should. The new
governor wants a twenty million dollar fund to create an
immigration and rapid response program. It's supposed to help illegal

immigrants at the border, help them when federal money can't
be used. This is on top of the billions of
dollars California already spends on illegal immigrants. Who gets this
rapid response money? While according to the Los Angeles Times,
most of the twenty million dollars is going to end
up in the hands of something called the San Diego

Rapid Response Network. That is a bunch of human rights
groups and community organizers, lawyers and community leaders who assist
illegal immigrants. So one of the words open border advocates
and other Democrat machine friends. That's how liberals spread the
wealth among themselves, and of course they're noncitizen base. It's
