Backstreet Boys Comment on Their Own Throwback Photos (VIDEO)

Over the last 25 years, Backstreet Boys have given us some of the best songs to belt out on the top of our lungs. As one of the OG boy bands,  Nick Carter, Brian Littrell, Kevin Richardson, A.J. McLean and Howie Dorough have paved the way for other groups who came after them, and have left their Larger Than Life legacy with an extremely loyal fanbase all over the world.

This year, Backstreet's indeed back (alright!) with brand new music in the form of their latest single "Don't Go Breaking My Heart." The song was written by Wrabel, produced by Jamie Hartman and Stuart Crichton, and follows the band's 2013 album In a World Like This

Additionally, Backstreet Boys and are resuming their "Larger Than Life" Las Vegas residency at the Zappos Theater, and are performing during this year's 2018 iHeartRadio KIIS FM Wango Tango in Los Angeles at the all-new Banc of California Stadium, alongside a lineup of superstar artists including Ariana Grande, Meghan Trainor, 5 Seconds of Summer, Shawn Mendes, NF, Miguel, Janelle Monáe and Marshmello with a special guest performance by Logic, and more to be announced.

Thinking about all of the amazing music BSB has released over the years, iHeartRadio recently dug up some amazing throwback pictures of the guys, and during an exclusive interview, the group talked about each photo ... and their reactions are everything.

1993: The Beginning of Backstreet Boys

Howie: "Now that is TBT."

Nick: "Like, how far back is the question? Almost 25 years ago."

Brian: "This was our, this was our first TV performance, like, period."

Howie: "We had a wall built for us that had Backstreet Boys spray painted on the back of it."

AJ: "We used that for like an EPK for so long."

Brian: "Look at Nick, he's like ... Nick was like 4'2"."

Nick: Yeah, and I had a perm, a blond perm."

1997: The (Still) Epic "Everybody (Backstreet's Back)" Music Video

Brian: "Oh, 'Backstreet's Back' video."

AJ: "The infamous ending."

Nick:  "Yeah, our open mouth shot. And notice how big our noses look because of the [fish] eye camera [lens]."

1999: The Millenium Album

Nick: "The white Millennium album."

Brian: "You know, there's been many a groups that have dressed in all white, and this is what I think of, since then. We've had alternative bands, there's been all kinds of people that have dressed in all white, and it's very reminiscent to [this]."

AJ: "Yeah, wanting to make fun of us or [pay] homage."

Howie: "We're actually gonna recreate it though."
