The 2018 CMT Music Awards were jam packed with all-star performances from Kelsea Ballerini, Kelly Clarkson, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, and hosts Little Big Town to name a few. Sam Hunt and Blake Shelton even took to the streets of Nashville to play some of its coolest venues, where Hunt went bar hopping (and didn't get carded!) But what happened off-screen? The Backstreet Boys hung out with Rascal Flatts and Florida Georgia Line played with Doug The Pug.
