Imagine Dragons Reveal the Prize Behind Their Week of Cryptic Tweets

Imagine Dragons have been keeping fans on their toes for the past week by posting a series of cryptic puzzles and riddles without any real explanation. Partnering with Corning—the manufacturer of Gorilla Glass—the band announced the mysterious new marketing campaign on August 26. Each day the band posted a new puzzle on Corning's Twitter page. When decoded, the riddles became passwords to unlock different parts of a cryptic website. Now, the pop rockers have revealed the true incentive for cracking the codes.

"we've been blown away by you guys," the pop rockers gushed on Twitter, "there's no smarter and more selfless group of people in the world, period. it seems appropriate that on the eve of the sixth anniversary of Night Visions, which started this all, we can finally announce a very special fan event coming up in Las Vegas. a few lucky winners from those who make it through this ridiculous gauntlet of puzzles (last one comes tomorrow, NOT judged by time entry) will be joining us in person. but there are more announcements and surprises to come. keep an eye on @CorningGorilla for more."

Check out the tweet below.
