Camila Cabello Shouts Out 'Voice' Contestant For Covering 'Consequences'

Camila Cabello can't get over how well this Voice contestant covered one of her ballads.

Lynnea Moorer blew audiences away during last night's episode of the singing competition show when the 18-year-old hopeful took on "Consequences," the latest single released off the former Fifth Harmony member's self-titled debut album. The Oakland songbird's faithful delivery drew her tons of praise from her supporters, including from Cabello herself.

"WOWOWOWOW!!!! this is so cool and you sound so powerful!!! Good luck, beautiful," the 21-year-old artist tweeted Moorer, who replied, "Thank you so much @Camila_Cabello, this means a lot to me!"

See their exchange and Moorer's performance below.

Moorer's bluesy interpretation bears the same emotional heft as Cabello's original but it's her pristine runs and wavering register that made the track truly her own.

Sadly, the aspiring vocalist's cover of Ariana Grande's "Tattooed Heart" failed to resonate with the crowd as Moorer's journey came to an end last night when she lost the instant save vote to DeAndre Nico of Adam Levine's team.

The teen suffered a bumpy start on the show from the beginning, having to fight for her spot in the show's Comeback Stage twist when none of the four coaches selected her during the blind auditions.
