Earlier this month marked the one year anniversary of MGMT's fourth studio album, Little Dark Age, but the band isn't done touring on it yet. On Tuesday (February 26), the psych-pop duo announced a string of North American tour dates spanning the month of May. The tour begins in Oakland on May 2 and wraps up in New York on February 24 as part of a three-night stand at the newly renovated Webster Hall. The band is also set to perform at the nostalgia-inducing Just Like Heaven festival in Long Beach on May 3 and 4.
"NORTH AMERICA is happening this May. Come help us spread, the Love that WE ALL deserve streaming across the throbbing heartland & thrusting through the rust belt, in stunning 1080p resolution," MGMT tweeted before giving fans ticket information and sharing the tour poster.
