Chvrches And Marshmello Aid First Responder Support Network With New Video

On Friday (April 5), Chvrches and Marshmello shared a heartwarming video for their collaborative single "Here With Me" that showed the story of a firefighter and his family. Only they took it one step further and cast a real-life firefighter for the role.

“The video follows the story of a real firefighter who has worked in the Long Beach, CA Division for over 18 years, capturing the intense emotional sacrifice that families with high-risk jobs around the world endure, ending with an uplifting surprise,” a statement about the video reads.

Additionally, the Scottish indie rockers and American producer added a donate button to the video's YouTube page, encouraging viewers to donate money to the First Responder Support Network (FRSN). “The mission of FRSN is to provide educational treatment programs to promote recovery from stress and critical incidents experienced by first responders and their families,” reads a statement.

Chvrches and Marshmello brought their catchy new tune to Las Vegas earlier this week and performed during Jimmy Kimmel's week taping in Sin City. This isn't the first time Marshmello has collaborated with an artist in the indie space. Last year, he teamed up with Bastille's Dan Smith and dropped a huge single in "Happier."
