Lindsay Lohan Is 'Hard At Work' In The Studio Making New Music

Don’t call it a comeback.

Lindsay Lohan is back in the studio recording new music. The 32-year-old, who has been absent from the music scene for over a decade, is apparently putting in work to bring followers more tunes, according to the actress’ recent social media posts. On Sunday (June 2), Lohan surprised followers with not one, but two Instagram posts of what appears to be the star in the booth, headphones on, getting back to her musical roots.

And yes, in the case, believe the rumors — Lohan confirmed the gossip when she retweeted a post from The Blast inferring the singer’s long-awaited return to music, to which she plainly replied: “Hard At Work.”

As we said, it’s been more than 10 years since Lohan released her last music project, a single titled “Bossy,” in 2008. Prior to that, her music career peaked just around the mid-‘00s with the issue of her debut and sophomore album, Speak and A Little More Personal (Raw), faring okay on the charts for the star, who was also thriving acting-wise in such flicks including Herbie: Fully Loaded, Mean Girls, and Freaky Friday.

Although pop’s sound has changed a lot since Lohan’s heyday, fans are as anxious as ever for LL3. “Yaaas we need some dance bops like Rumors or Bossy those are so timeless,” one follower tweeted, with another adding, “Queen Lindsay Lohan can’t wait to buy your new music boo.”
