Shay Mitchell had one of the coolest baby gender reveals we've ever seen.
On Thursday (July 4), the Pretty Little Liars star and her boyfriend Matte Babel shared the sex of their first child — but not in the tradition we've seen with most gender celebrations. Mitchell shared a video on her YouTube channel in which the couple discovers what they're having by way of the 32-year-old's assistant, who surprisingly recruits two Power Rangers — yes, you read that correctly — for the big reveal.
In the clip, Mitchell and Babel poll friends and family on if it's a boy or girl (verdict: 2-6) before taking turns guessing what kind of reveal her assistant has planned. To the couple's shock, a blue Power Ranger appears in their backyard. "A blue Power Ranger… I knew it!" Mitchell says in the video until a pink Power Ranger appears right beside him. "Wait, what? … we're not having twins," she adds with confusion, not expecting the action heroes to challenge each other to a fight.
The winner, of course, represents the same gender as the twosome's baby — which we find out is a girl! The gender reveal comes a week after Mitchell and Babel announced they were expecting their first child in an emotional YouTube video and a topless Instagram photo of the mommy-to-be showing off her growing baby bump.
