Panda Express is coming to downtown Phoenix
The Chinese restaurant chain is coming to Arizona State University's downtown campus on the ground-floor in a vacant space at student dormitory Taylor Place which was formerly known as 'Hsin Cafe'. It is unknown when Panda Express is expected to open.
Either way... students and residents are pumped for this!
