DaBaby Says Woman Claiming She Was Slapped By Him Isn't The Person He Hit

DaBaby's slap case has taken another turn.

According to TMZ, the "BOP" rapper is vehemently denying a woman's claim she was on the receiving end of his slap. While DaBaby stands by his previous admission that he hit someone, he says alleged victims are coming outta the woodwork.

The 28-year-old rapper's attorney, Drew Findling, additionally told the outlet that enhanced video shows DaBaby slapping an individual who struck his left eye with what appears to be a phone with the flashlight on, not the person standing to the left or the right of the individual shoving the phone in his face, which contradicts what the alleged victim Tyronesha Laws has claimed.

As fans know, Tyronesha spoke out about the incident earlier this week, claiming DaBaby mistakenly slapped her instead of the woman who shoved a phone in his face.

"We went upstairs on the stairway to take a picture at the picture booth by the stage," she explained of the moments prior to the incident. "I see security saying move, move, move everyone move out the way. I was standing next to a young lady and all of a sudden I turned around and I said to my boyfriend, 'There go DaBaby, he's coming through.'" Then, the woman next to her "pulled out her camera," turned on the flash, and tried taking a photo.

Tyronesha claims DaBaby then slapped her, seemingly thinking she was the woman with the phone in his face, so hard she landed on the floor. "I woke up, my head was hurting really, really bad," she told TMZ. "The top of my right cheekbone, it was hurting like it was tender. So, I did go to the hospital and I was diagnosed with a contusion to my cheekbone."

However, Drew told the outlet that his law firm has been contacted by multiple people claiming to be the victim, but they haven't been able to establish the real identity.
