As people are self-quarantining across the globe, the need for delivery services has changed from late night frivolous shopping sprees to purchasing the necessary items to make it through quarantine.
As a result, we need to thank those that risk their well-being in order to help preserve ours. One homeowner has taken upon themselves to do just that by leaving a box of supplies for delivery workers at their front door.
The care package labeled for UPS, Fedex, USPS, and Amazon drivers contained supplies such as toilet paper, water, sports drinks and canned soup and also included a note, “Thank you for being committed to the human race, we are depending on you! Take anything you want! Spread love! Stronger TOGETHER."
Tadashi Andrews, a FedEx Express Courier, found the care package along his route in Glendale, AZ and shared a picture of it on Instagram,
“This house I just left had this box on the porch. So thoughtful. So caring. In a time when people are panicking an hoarding everything for no really good reason, these people are willingly giving it away. We need waaaaay more of this. Please, if you see this, share it. Everyone needs to see this.... PS, I didn't need anything, so I didn't take anything. That's how we also need to be."
