Offset has lost a relative due to the coronavirus pandemic.
On Sunday (April 19), the Migos rapper took to Instagram Story to mourn the death, writing, "Smfh this corona sh*t done killed my great uncle. Rip uncle Jerry damn man." In a follow-up story, Offset asked followers to "pray for [his] family" amid the tough time. None of his fellow Migos brothers nor Cardi B have yet to speak on the loss.
Still, Bardi has been very vocal about the COVID-19 pandemic for weeks. Besides going viral with her coronavirus rant remix, the star recently sat down for a candid chat with Bernie Sanders via Instagram Live. "They put capitalism, money, trading, goods, before our health," the rapper admitted to the former presidential candidate while speaking about her frustration over how the pandemic has been handled.
